When your dog has an incurable case of the wiggles, our community has a beautiful pet park and grassy fields for your pets to enjoy. There are also options for walks around the neighborhood, like our garden pathways. To make this time spent on our grounds even more enjoyable, we provide Pet Waste Stations throughout the community to make cleanup easy for you and your neighbors. We know pets love to spend time outside with their humans, which is why we have created so many options for them to partake in!

An Evening Spent Exploring the Area

Our location is also perfect for easily accessible adventures, like a quick walk to Arlington Square to pick up dinner or a drive to Don Jones Park to soak up even more fun. Living in a pet-friendly community like The James means you are sure to run into neighbors who also love pets, making dog play dates easy to organize. We are sure that you and your pets will make friends in no time.

A Place for Pets

Interested in bringing a pet other than a dog? Don’t worry! We also welcome cats, as well as hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, and birds, which must be kept caged in a sanitary condition. Additional or other pets must be approved by the management. We also have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. Please call our leasing office for more information. Only authorized pets with the owner’s approval are allowed on the premises.
